No, unfortunately this game is not on mobile or android devices.
This game is a mod of the 1999 freeware game Little Fighter 2 which is a Windows game only.
We can't change what platforms the game is available on as we are only making a mod and we didn't create the actual base game which is only available on Windows.
If you can somehow emulate a Windows PC on your mobile device then maybe you can play the game on your mobile device.

We have our own list of characters that we plan on adding to the game in our own schedule.
